Your Your Weddings Hawaiian Style (LLC) Consultant will help you plan the menu and make all the arrangements. After your wedding, you will want to celebrate with a reception. A reception can be a dinner for two or two hundred. It can be at a restaurant, at a private beach home, condo or oceanfront resort grounds. There are many possibilities to fit your expectations and budget. The least expensive route is a table at a restaurant. We will get you a fabulous table. We can arrange a reception for you at various private locations that will allow entertainment and dancing with live music. A location fee for an event like this can range from $500 to $2000 and up. Then there is the cost of the menu, set up and service. That can range, per person, from $40 on the low side to $75 to $90 and up. This is not including a bar, gratuities or taxes. In some instances you can arrange your own bar. Other fees to consider are entertainment, tents and lighting. We have many sample menus that you can look over. Hints, Tips & Important Info  Reserve Your Time and Date in Advance The importance of booking early If you're choosing a popular holiday (New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), or if you have your heart set on a certain day, the best way to insure your wedding date and time is to book early and put down a deposit. Booking deposit and payment in advance To reserve your date and time, Weddings Hawaiian Style LLC collects a non refundable deposit. Other payments may be required for services you've engaged, such as tableside dining, reception catering, private locations, travel, accommodations and activities. Terms & Conditions A minimum non refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a date and to book a wedding. Balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Should you need to cancel your wedding (no more than 30 days prior to the date), a partial refund will be given. Request for a change in date or time after the initial booking may result in a fee. We will try to accommodate all changes. Some locations, caterers and other services may also require an advanced deposit, and may have their own cancellation policies. If you select one of these vendors, we will advise you of the deposit and of their cancellation policy.  If you are booking less than two weeks prior to the wedding date, payment in full is required at that time or within 72 hours if applicable.  Payment may be made in U.S. dollars by personal check, money orders, cashiers check to Weddings Hawaiian Style LLC. We also accept VISA and Mastercard. Hawaii General State Tax of 4.166% will be added to the total price of all packages.  In the event of bad weather on the day of your wedding, we will try to arrange an alternative location or date. All prices subject to change.  Prices may vary on yacht weddings, helicopters and horseback weddings depending on size of party and amount of booked time.  Some floral choices may not be available due to seasons.  Some photographers may have negatives for sale.  We can help you arrange everything Accommodations & Travel Select from a variety of options ~ beachfront and private estate homes, bed and breakfasts, remote getaways, as well as hotel and condominiums to suit your desires and budget.
